Got Questions? Text Us For Answers with the New NCCPA SMS Text Messaging Feature!

Do you need a quick answer to questions like, “How do I reset my password?” or “What qualifies as Category 2 credit?” If you are not able to call or email NCCPA’s Information Services department, you can now text your questions!

Beginning today, SMS text messaging is available as an additional communications channel for PAs to reach NCCPA.  NCCPA Director of Information Services and Certification Maintenance Monica Minton, says she and her team are excited about the new texting feature and are ready to assist.

“When PAs contact an Information Services Specialist via texting, they will receive similar support as they do when speaking to our agents by phone,” she said.

PAs can send texts regarding CME requirements, password reset assistance, certification deadlines, CME logging instructions and many other questions.

Text messages can be sent to 678-417-8101 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.
