New CME Logging Enhancements
NCCPA has launched improvements to the CME logging experience in the PA Portal. These enhancements make it faster and easier for Board Certified PAs to record their continuing medical education (CME) activities.
The new enhancements include:
Clearer navigation: PAs can view current and future certification cycles at a glance, including credit totals and cycle status.
Batch logging: Multiple CME activities can be logged in a single session, with real-time updates showing progress toward cycle requirements.
Simplified attestation: An upfront “logging agreement” replaces repeated attestations, eliminating extra clicks.
Built-in support: A new CME Logging Instructions page includes step-by-step guidance and a how-to video.
“We’ve made these improvements in response to feedback from PAs to make the CME logging process quicker, clearer, and more user-friendly,” said Monica Minton, NCCPA Senior Director of Information Services and Certification Maintenance. “These updates are designed to streamline the process so PAs can log their CME more efficiently.”
Updated CME logging instructions and the video tutorial will be available on the nccpa.net website.
