PANCE & PANRE
These exams are administered at Pearson VUE testing centers during the dates below.
Administration windows
- January 2, 2025 – December 18, 2025
- January 2, 2026 – December 18, 2026
- January 2, 2027 – December 18, 2027
PANRE-LA
PAs who choose the PANRE Longitudinal Assessment to meet their certification maintenance requirements will apply in the 6th year of their cycle.
Application windows
- For PAs due to recertify in 2029: July 1, 2025 – December 18, 2025
- For PAs due to recertify in 2030: July 1, 2026 – December 18, 2026
- For PAs due to recertify in 2031: July 1, 2027 – December 18, 2027
Quarterly administration windows
Each quarterly administration window is approximately 10 weeks. NCCPA will send email notifications when questions are available and when deadlines are approaching. However, we recommend adding these dates to your calendar to ensure you don’t miss a deadline.

CAQs
The application window for the 2026 CAQ test center administrations opens on January 1, 2026, and runs through September 4, 2026. The application window for the CAQ online maintenance exam closes on March 16, 2026.
