NCCPA welcomes Beverly Black, MHSA, CAE as she assumes the role of 2023 Board Chair. Black joined the Board in 2018 as a Public Member at Large and has over 30 years of managerial experience with national, state, and community-based programs in nonprofit organizations, health-related and educational associations, and organizations.
