The inaugural funding cycle for the nccPA Health Foundation EMPOWER Grant is open! Apply by Thursday, October 2 for this $5,000 grant to improve health in your community.

Applicants should design projects that reach underserved and underrepresented populations and that align with the Health Foundation’s mission and strategic programming areas:

Promoting equitable care
Addressing health disparities
Improving mental and behavioral health
Raising oral health awareness
Fostering professional practice
Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the PA workforce

Applicants are encouraged to share their passion and ingenuity to make a difference in the lives of patients, providers, and communities.
