Practice Exams

Need assistance in preparing for PANCE or PANRE? Get help directly from the source!

NCCPA offers Practice Exams to assist PAs in the preparation for PANCE and PANRE. They help PAs assess their relative strengths and weaknesses, to direct their study efforts and to familiarize themselves with the types of questions they'll see on the actual certifying examinations.

The Practice Exams are designed to help you focus on areas of strengths and weaknesses and not on specific questions, therefore, answers are not provided. What you will receive is a performance profile, which will graphically display your relative strengths and weaknesses in the content areas that make up NCCPA's examination content blueprint.

Each Practice Exam includes 120 questions taken from the PANCE and PANRE test question banks. There is no better way to see what a "real" PANCE or PANRE will be like, and each exam costs only $35!

*The Practice Exams are compatible with PCs but may not be compatible with MACs.

Disclaimer for NCCPA Practice Exams

The NCCPA Practice Exam is provided for educational purposes only, to assist you in identifying areas of relative strength and weakness in the content areas that are assessed by the PANCE or PANRE. While it is constructed to be similar to those exams, the Practice Exam is not intended to, and should not be used to try to, predict your performance on the PANCE or PANRE .

It is not necessary for you to take the Practice Exam prior to taking the PANCE or PANRE. There are other review courses, and other methods of exam preparation available, and you should make an independent determination of which method would be most helpful.
